Richmond Hill Georgia Homes
Agent Biography
Amanda Pommerenck has been a licensed realtor in Richmond Hill for several years, and decided to create her own realty team as the perfect full service shop catering to clients relocating to the low country coastal Georgia area. She personally hand picked her associates to insure that all team members share an extensive knowledge of the Savannah and low country area, a strong sense of ethics and superior customer service skills. Amanda attended Vanderbilt University and received a degree in Civil Engineering and a commission into the US Army Corps of Engineers in 1997. When she moved to Richmond Hill with her husband of 9 years, Derek, she served as the chairman of the Planning and Zoning Commission for several years. Soon after Amanda left the Army she began working for a local Savannah homebuilder.
After several years of experience in the homebuilding industry both building new homes and developing residential communities as a project manager (to include Southbridge, the Woodlands at Southbridge, Jayd Forest at Southbridge, the Enclave, and River Oaks), Amanda and Derek decided it was time to branch out on their own. She co-founded and serves as the Vice President of Sugar Magnolia Homes and has loved every minute of it! Amanda currently serves on an Advisory Board to the Board of Directors for a local bank in Richmond Hill and also as the former Chairman of Planning and Zoning Commission of Richmond Hill. Amanda specializes in working with clients requiring extensive custom home building experience and knowledge to make their dream home happen!
